3. All Sales Final — Non-Refundable Digital Products

In the event of a technical delivery failure, contact us within 48 hours at support@vaultedguides.com and we will resolve the delivery issue promptly.

4. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase a VaultedGuides digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT resell, redistribute, reproduce, share, or create derivative works from any VaultedGuides content.

5. Intellectual Property

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Once you have downloaded or accessed a file, we have no way to verify the content has not been read, copied, or retained. For this reason, all sales are final from the moment of purchase and delivery.

The Only Exception — Technical Delivery Failure

If you completed your purchase and your file was not delivered due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the delivery issue promptly. This is the one scenario where we take action.

Chargebacks & Disputes
